Parselex
A modular MiniLM NLP pipeline for structured resume extraction. all-MiniLM-L6-v2 + GLU spatial fusion across section, domain, and personal/skills tracks. ~22M params per encoder — no GPT API call at inference time.
Built from scratch: custom HITL labeling workbench, Gemma 4 pre-labeling via Ollama, and a modular training engine. ~203 resumes in MongoDB gold corpus, 3 INT8 ONNX bundles with locked parity gates.
Kirana Ops Agent
A Telegram bot that runs a kirana store end to end: billing, khata credit ledger, multi-batch FEFO inventory, GST invoices, and automated weekly reports — all through plain-language chat, no new app to install.
One LangChain agent over 22 provider-agnostic tools — billing, khata, FEFO inventory, GST invoicing, analytics — swappable between Claude and Gemini with zero business-logic changes. 47 tests on the tool layer, independent of any LLM call.

Hybrid99
Hybrid Classical CV + ML pipeline for rice quality grading. MicroUNet segmenter (94.92% IoU) + TinyMobileClassifier (9 classes, 82.45% val acc) targeting ~1.56MB combined INT8. Built with a custom masking tool for pixel-level COCO annotations.
